So... This is pretty cool...
Cool concept, though I dunno if it would 'do the job' well for Jet Ski. I can't imagine taking a nice sharp turn and planting a RUBBER WHEEL ON THE SIDE OF THE SKI INTO THE WATER would do well for the flow of water around the damn thing.
Still be cool though for backwoods areas with a lot of open water.

definitely a cool concept, but I can't see how this would be worth a damn. The bottom of the thing is pretty flat so it doesn't drag ass on land, but the keel isn't going to cut through the water very well. Turn the thing and it's just going to slide like crazy (unless it has a retractable keel or something...). But yeah, tire plant = bad.
