Kate and I just got back from Garibaldi's Mexican Restaurant... I posted a small review here
They are in Greece, a little bit past the Greece Ridge Mall (across from Kmart - 2960 W Ridge Road)
In short, VERY GOOD food. Decent prices ($8-10), and the service was very friendly and attentive. If you like Mexican, give them a shot.
Heads up, they don't have a liquor license yet, but are in the process of getting it.
